Here is what I am loving – things I’ve had for awhile and new items – this month!
NEW ITEMS
Old Navy Jeggings (WITH ELASTIC WAIST BAND – WHAT??)
These are, by far, the BEST jeans I have ever owned!! The elastic waist reminds me of comfortable maternity jeans, and they fit this short girl perfectly! I love them so much I have a nice pair for work, the black pair, another pair of denim with holy knees, and a lighter wash.
Shirts From Amazon
I have always seen such cute shirts on Amazon, but I don’t like online shopping for clothes. I am not good at returning things, so that’s a problem when things arrive and don’t fit. However, I took a risk on these two shirts – after a lot of review-reading – and I love them! They both are true to size, made of quality material, and are just as cute as pictured.
I want to get better at leaving happy notes for people or send them in my Spark sample envelopes, and these are the perfect size and so colorfully cute!
The Temperament God Gave Your Kids
This book is SPOT ON and nailed my kids’ temperaments and personalities to a T. Along with describing the behaviors of each type, the author offers advice on how to parent each child. I knew my girls were so different, but it was crazy to find that all 3 of them have different temperaments. Definitely recommend this book!
OLD ITEMS
This is not one of those fad “detox” items or “tea cleanses”. This is simply probiotic, fiber packets, and herbal tablets. This was the first cleanse I have done since before getting pregnant, and WOW I miss them! They are recommended every 90 days. Here are the benefits I found:
*decreased bloating
*less cravings for sweets
*feeling “lighter”
*sleeping better (as good as I can with a baby LOL)
*regularity
We purchased this last year for softball tournaments and trips to the beach with a newborn. Our first tournament this year was 40 degrees and 40mph winds, so we set up the umbrella to block the wind. It has stakes like a tent would to hold it down.
This was another item we used all of last summer, and just broke it out this month for softball. We haul EVERYTHING in this from the car to the field – folding chairs, blankets, diaper bag, softball bag, snacks, drinks. I don’t know how we would survive tournaments without our wagon!
