On-The-Go Snacks

We are always on the run in the summer. From softball games to weekly playdates to hanging out at the lake . . . and I like to eat often! I eat 6 meals per day – 3 main meals and 3 snacks, so it’s important I have something I can take with me to stay on track.  Here are a few things I have been munching on when I’m away from home.

Larabars – only 4 ingredients! This is the only flavor I like.

Advobar – the BEST protein bar I have tried, and trust me, I have tried SO many.

Cut and bagged veggies (or fruit), which are usually prepped on Sundays.

These are my favorite!

On meal prep day, I mix up a bunch of this mix so I can eat it when my sweet tooth hits.  Usually, I include almonds, dark chocolate chips, raisins, and sunflower seeds.

Peanut butter roll-up – easy to prepare and store in a baggie.

These are THE BEST pita chips I have ever tasted!!

Another of the snack packs, just a different brand.

Lunch on the go is also possible with these prepared salads. Always better than what I might get at McDonalds!!
